What Happens Next?

  • Triage and Specialist Matching: Upon receiving the referral, our Care Team triages the patient based on the specific condition and ensures they are matched with the most relevant subspecialist in our network.
  • Patient Contact: We contact the patient directly to schedule their appointment, manage all necessary paperwork, and confirm eligibility for Telehealth or Medicare rebates.
  • Communication: We confirm the appointment details with your office and ensure you receive clear, timely communication, including the specialist’s post-consultation reports and ongoing management plan.
