Dr Ross pursued extensive international training to bridge gaps in Australian men’s health infrastructure, completing multiple specialised fellowships in Advanced Penile Surgery, Prosthetic Urology, and Minimally Invasive Surgical Therapies (MIST). This included mentorship under world-renowned experts in Madrid, London (UCLH with Professor David Ralph), Hasselt (with Professor Koenraad van Renterghem), and Miami (with Dr. Paul Perito). This dedicated focus ensures he brings the most current, precise techniques to his patients at Kalix.
