Eligibility and Booking

1. Eligibility: To receive a Medicare rebate for a Telehealth consultation, you must meet current government eligibility criteria (e.g., living in a rural area or being an existing patient). Our Care Team will help you confirm your eligibility at the time of booking.
2. What You Need: A quiet, private space; a stable internet connection; and a computer or smartphone with a working camera and microphone.
